I've always wanted to start a business but I didn't know how. The ideas are there until recently when a former superior asked me to join her as an associate (affiliate in business advisory). And the idea of setting up a blog was immediately poped up in my mind! Mind you, blog is a powerful tool for marketing nowadays...
I guess many of you really have a lot of ideas to build a business but you seem like going nowhere. The kickstart seems to be very hard - how, when and where to start. Somehow it seems that we're lost! But the ideas remain and sometimes you can feel it keeps coming back to you. And for those who are already in business, from time to time, you feel that it's time for you to expand your business but you feel that you've no time to prepare the paper. This is where I'll be able to help you.
I am now becoming one of the associates for Mercu Consulting Sdn Bhd. A service provider for Management Services (core business) & Business Advisory. A company based in Putrajaya, Malaysia. I am involving in Business Advisory on which I'll prepare you the business proposal and projected cashflow. Meaning, I'll help you in preparing the paperwork! Preparing a tidy and neat paperwork as required by the financiers might be a tedious process for all of us, especially when we're not aware on their requirements. Biz Advisor for Hire and A House For Rent

Kak Shawn and I have met a client in PJ today. A nice lady doctor who runs her own biz. She's trying to expand her biz by leasing an X-ray, blood count and urine test equipment in the area.
We'll be doing her a biz proposal + accounts projection bla bla bla to be presented to PUNB. Oh yes.. I've a new title now. A business advisory associate! I need to set up another blog quickly to help anyone who are trying and searching for financing to begin or expand his/her biz. At least, I can help in making a kick start!
Dulu² masa cikgu tanya besar nanti nak jadi apa, saya stated saya nak jadi neurosurgeon or project manager. Dan saya pernah sekali cakap dengan mak yang besar nanti saya akan kerja pegang pelan. Betul... impian tu jadi kenyataan. Saya memang bekerja dengan pelan. Dan untuk neurosurgeon, lihatlah apa yang terjadi pada anak saya sekarang. Sungguh pun saya tidak dapat menjadi seorang neurosurgeon akan tetapi saya belajar mengenai banyak perkara tentang neuro setelah apa yang berlaku pada Syafiah. Allah swt itu membimbing dan membawa saya kepada impian itu.
Di SU.com saya pernah menyuarakan hasrat untuk membuka biz tetapi saya tidak tahu caranya. Setelah dipanggil untuk 'bekerja' semula, saya rasa Allah swt sekali lagi memberikan ilham. Semangat saya untuk membuka biz berkobar-kobar semula setelah saya mengetahui tentang caranya. Mungkin bukan sekarang. Mungkin akan datang bila mana saya dah dapat beberapa orang clients.
Saya juga mungkin akan outstation dengan Kak Shawn di Kuantan dalam tempoh terdekat ini. Kemungkinan akan datang dari Penang atau juga mungkin anda² yang berminat untuk menjadi bizman atau mengembangkan biz sedia ada. Saya alu²kan.. dan saya akan cuba menolong. Satu lagi saya nak cerita, syarikat yang menyewa rumah saya buat hal lagi. Dah masuk 2 bulan tak bayar. I'm thinking of terminating them. So, anyone who interested to rent a flat at Kg Sg Kayu Ara?
